Can Anyone Come?

Sure! The class is aimed at people who havent done any Tai Chi Chuan before, but people with previous experience of Tai Chi, or other martial arts are welcome too.

Do I need to be fit?

No, there are no special requirements for fitness or flexibility, we have had a range of students in the past, from teenagers to pensioners, and everyone has been able to get along in the class.

Do I need to wear special clothes?

No, we do have an informal "uniform", but thats strictly optional - its not the clothes that make the practitioner - its the practice!
