Who are we?
We are a group of instructors belonging to the Wutan school of Chinese Martial Arts, and have been teaching in Cambridge since 1995.What do we do?
We run classes covering Tai Chi Chuan, Ba Gua Chang and Hsing I Chuan.The classes are on-going classes, not courses and at least one class has been running for seven years now!
Our classes cover all the aspects of Tai Chi Chuan, from martial arts, to health, fitness, meditation and development of "chi".
Different instructors emphasise different aspects in their classes, depending on the makeup and interest of the class.
