If you take a look at the archives, it works like a message board. Hence,
every reply to the first, is connected in a chronological order. New
subjects are started as a new thread, and replies to that are connected. It
would be best to reply to my initial post, or reply to others who have
replied to my initial post, in part for those who ever refer to the message
board. You would have a long list of replies, give granted, but it would
keep it organized.
As far as looking and sorting in my Outlook goes, I only care that I can see
my chapter and section post and organize it in that matter. Or organize by
name and see the chapters listed as a secondary sort. This makes it easy
for me to see who has posted for the chapter. I suppose I wouldn't care as
much if the subject after the chapter was changed, except for the reason I
stated in my previous paragraph. Any ideas on this matter are welcome. My
particular interest is from Mark and John, who are ones who would sort
through both Archives and E-Mail alike respectively.
