Outside the night is cool and crisp. Illyana draws her cloak around her.
Haven is ... quiet. Too quiet? She wonders what is going on inside. She
could not stay any longer and still remain calm. In the span of the
conversation, T'sunami had managed to put down Nightwind, Siri and Astran.
All of them people she cared about. Some more than others, of course.
Astran... She smiles thinking of him. Then a sudden movement just outside
her visual range alerts her. What was that? Too quick to be a Namegiver,
wasn't it? Could be a rat? But wasn't it too large? She did not see it, but
suddenly she contemplates the wisdom of being outside, even just outside
the inn here in Haven, in Parlainth and alone. She wishes Astran will come
soon. What is keeping him?
