I think the problem here is a lack of separation between IC and OOC
statements. Anything stated in an IC message to the list is, rightfully,
IC. What you're referring to is T'sunami's expression of his feelings.
It's no secret he doesn't seem to like those characters, but that's hardly a
comment against the players, or hardly anything /I/ feel. T'sunami's rather
direct aggressive - it's his nature as a Warrior. I tend to take a direct
(sometimes impartial) stance when trying to defend myself, but I don't see
that as being offensive. I assume an neutral/formal tone in emails for the
very reason it keeps me distant - there's no anger or other strong emotion
behind it, I'm just trying to state an opinion. Any insult perceived in an
OOC remark frankly isn't intended, as I've stated before on msn.

You're referring to:
<!-- "I would hope your master spells the title correctly before it's
published." :P j/k:: like I have room to talk. :) -->

The comment notations (<!-- & -->), smilies, and the "as if I have room to
talk" comment I included make this pretty clear that I'm poking fun at
Astran's hyper-intelligent (not insulting, but as most wizards are) master
misspelling a book, not astran (or especially not john) but really pointing
out that I'm far worse anyway. I fully expected some sort of response from
John about using "Armor" instead of "Armour" and the like - that's just
friendly OOC banter. There is hardly an insult there, and this really just
looks like you're looking for a way to be insulted. It's not even directed
at you personally.

I don't think any of this is really called for. There's a clear line
between IC and OOC messages, and it's obvious Illyana, and I am assuming
you, don't agree with T'sunami's IC opinions. Carrying that over to blame
me for something seems uncalled for. The group dynamic isn't unlike real
life - some people get along, others don't, but they all deal with the
situation.

Take Kathryn, for example. I've exchanged emails with her on unrelated
topics a few times, and as far as I can tell (or at least on my end),
there's no hard feelings between /players/. Siri and T'sunami aren't best
friends by any stretch of the imagination, but that stops when the game
stops. I've talked to Kat about her artwork, and a few things Doug asked
her to do for the web site if she could, and am appreciative of the effort
she's put into it. I'm a visual guy, and really appreciate the ability to
link someone to an image in my mind. I think what she'd doing is great - I
certainly don't her because our character's don't get along. And John -
John's provided me with a lot of feed back on programming the site, and I
enjoy bouncing ideas off him off list. T'sunami doesn't necessarily trust
Astran yet, but that has no bearing on my relationship with John.

I'm really not sure what else to say. I can't really see any times I've
insulted you personally here - I honestly think you're taking IC comments
away from the game, which isn't how they're intended. We're just gaming
here - having our characters interact. I don't take anything said about
T'sunami to apply to myself personally (and there's been plenty :) ), and I
don't think any other player should do so with their own character either.
