That's quite an imagination there. :) T'sunami doesn't care if he insults
Illyana and Siri, true - there's a definite lack of respect in that regard.
The Nightwind quote you mention is an IC way of saying Sharon doesn't post
enough to take on a leadership roll, hardly an insult, and while T'sunami
has voiced concern for Astran's possible taint (as is only logical in
Parlainth), he's hardly insulted him personally. I think you're
over-reacting quite a bit.
