Ok, I don't find it nearly as cumbersome as you do, so I'll renew my offer.
I am making a compilation of the mails sent to the list, ordered by logic
and what is replied to. The compilation is in Word, so far a document for
each chapter. I would not mind sending that document to you once a week so
you can add it to the website for everybodys enjoyment. It should sort out
your problem I think.
