BTW, just to give you the low down, here's what happened in a nutshell...we got pre-qualified for the house we're in illegally. We have been asked on multiple occasions to do things fraudulently (sp?) that we did not know were fraudulent until we talked to my sister who is a real estate agent. It was recommended that we talk to an attorney. We did so, and he told us to walk away from the house or else we could get charged with bank fraud.
So, we are in a house that we shouldn't be in, and the only way to get a loan at this point is to continue with the lender who is asking us to do the illegal stuff. We are going to have to move out of the house, take the lender to small claims to get some money back, and turn them into the real estate board so they will lose their license. The sad thing is, is that they've done this to so many other people in our neighborhood as well. Other illegal stuff besides the things they've done to us.
We have tried to get a loan through my sister, and other alternatives, but it looks like more hassle than anything else. I would have to be working two full-time jobs, which does not work with our wish to have me finish up school. I know the jobs pay better out of state, and the houses are affordable as well in most other states, so that is our plan.
Again, any help would be great. Game is still on, for the time being, until I let you know any different.
Thanks,
Doug

Subject: OT: Job Situation
Hi all,
Things are going crazy with our house. We may have to move. This has nothing to do with the game at the moment, but I wanted to ask for some help from those who are in the states.
We are willing to move whereever will pay good and where we can afford the housing. I used to do data entry (and other office work), but mostly I work with troubled youth now (which is what I'm going into.
My favor, that I'm asking, is if you can keep an eye open for good jobs and good real estate deals that would be affordable for me, my wife, and my two kids (and one on the way).
Thanks for any help you can give in regards to this.
