"I agree with Endok-tuk. Heading back the way we came would be wise, since
we at least know that way. I believe Lyra draw a map of the paths we took.
If we try a different path that not even you, Andre, knows, then we will
truely be lost if you are lost to us somehow on the way." Illyana looks
determined.

Lyra pulls out her map book and starts to study it so that she can travel the distance without needing to pull it out again. She wants to be prepared to battle again if needed. She shudders slightly remembering the horrible battle that they had on the way thru the first time.

She then turns to look when everyone is yelling for Endok-Tuk to stop. She is truely startled and is almost afraid. She hurriedly puts her book back in her pocket and pulls her broadsword to help defend the party. (she hasn't realized that there is just one enemy that is apparently crazy)

>>> "Andre, did you come by the same route as we did?" Illyana asks. "And
have you been in Parlainth before?"

>>"I followed your trail the same way you guys came. I have not been to
Parlainth, but I know of it, and I know that the Laneways are far safer
than the Twists...but still hold many dangers in and of themselves."

> "We head back same way we came. Alive now so we should make it."
Endok-tuk says absent mindedly as he focusses on the figure now hiding the
  book behind his back.

>> Looking up at the sky you can see the clouds above the Twists are not
near as dark as they were last night, especially since it is no longer
raining. Even without the rain, however, the clouds still thunder and
lightning still strikes in far off in random places around the Twists.

>> Just as you are considering your reply, you hear some mumbling that is
quite loud. As you look to see where it is coming from you can see what
looks to be a ragged explorer, human, his clothing singed and torn, his
face crisscrossed with scars and cuts. He seems to be coming towards you
somewhat, but does not see you just yet. He carries an olive-colored,
  leather-bound book.

>> He looks up at you all and screams as if partially scared and
partially crazed, "You can't take it! You can't take it! You can't take
it!" With that he hides the book behind his back.

> The book is a gruesome piece of work and Endok-tuk senses part of its
nature. His eyes cloud over in anger. He has to hold his temper in check
as he moves toward the figure.

> "Book is mine and I will have it now." As Endok-tuk moves forward his
mind is running at a hundred miles an hour as he draws out two fetishes.
The first are two bones tied together like a marionette. His mind races
to attune himself to the fetish, removing his mind from the little wooden
ball still in his shirt. The second fetish is already attuned but will be
used only as a backup. He places the rat skull with a nail through it in
his right hand (mind dagger) as he tries to attune the bone dance fetish in
  his left.

"Endok-tuk? What in the name of the Passions is possessing you?" Illyana
cries out, bewildered. "And what is that... a false man? Or worse?" She is
instantly worried that perhaps Endok-tuk is touched by a Horror. Somehow
his reaction to the crazy man does not seem sane or normal in any way.

Trystan steps up ready to climb. Because it may take more to lift
Endok-Tuk, and Siri has only ten feet of rope, the unneeded slack of
Berryblood's 25 foot rope is cut off and Trystan holds it as he climbs up
