Siri looks to the pack off to the side, which she hadn't placed with
Berryblood as she and others reerected the stone caern around him. Yes there's the
light quartz. Carry it if you want dear."

She goes to the pack, kneeling next to it and sorting through the belongings
inside. She places food and water in a tidy pile, potions beside them making
no move to hide what she's doing. The torch and rope are also set aside, as
well as the bedroll.

"If everyone would split this up amongst their packs, please. The bedroll too
as it can be used for a litter or bandages if we need them or for the lady to
sleep on."

"The silver we should bring along as well, for something will be needed to
help care for the elf when we get out of here or if nothing else to toast his
name once we leave. We can't give him a pyre here or bury him in the ground, but
sure as hell we can give him a party in his honor."

>>"We must have fallen about ... 20 feet, I think. Is your rope going to be
long enough? And should we climb up to the others - assuming they are up
there..." She points up towards the area, where they fell down "... or should we get
them down here and go on exploring? Siri, Grendahl was right behind you and
Berryblood, wasn't he?>>

"To be honest, I can't recall. It was a bit of a confusing flurry there just
before we fell. And now that I think about it, we're not climbing back up
either. There's nowhere to go and no way to get up there. Moving forward is our
only choice."

"Leave his personal belongings," T'sunami says, starting to become aware of
the adepts' surroundings once again. "We know of him or his family, should
let him take them with him to the Fields. Only take his food - there is no
need to anger his spirit here in these Passion-forsaken ruins."
<<include snippage of Illyana and T'sunami's conversation>>

Siri levels a steady look at the t'skrang. "I'm glad you feel so strongly for
his spirit. And that you carry these concerns for his worldly posessions. We
will take nothing that we cannot use. But anything else that can help us get
out of here intact and possibly heal up once outside is going, dear. We *have*
to be practical here."

"If I die, T'sunami, I give you full run to take what you need and run. I'd
rather have you live to speak my story another day. I'm no warrior. I
understand and respect your codes. But I'm getting us out of here and for that I need
your help and possibly the items."

"If you disagree, please take it up with me once we're out of here. A black
eye won't serve any of us that well at the moment. And if we're truly worrying
about his spirit that much, you should worry about his body. In this cursed
place as you put it he could be raised as a cadaver man easily. What do we do
about that?"
