As far as the questions about tail attacks go that were in the message...
I don't think that the -2 step penalty applies to damage rolls - IIRC all
"Effect Tests" don't suffer these type of penalties, but I'll have to try to
find a reference to confirm that.
However I don't think T'sunami should have been getting a second tail attack
when he was air dancing, though he probably would be making the bonus one at
the standard -2 penalty (IE 3 attacks at -2 instead of 4). At least, that's
how I've allowed it to be done in my games. YMMV.
It's late here so I'm going to hold of IC responses and replies to web page
emails I've received until morning, but since I just got back from an ED
session I run which has two t'skrang players, I could comment on these
issues quickly. :P
