The troll looks back to the t'skrang, "Tell me what you would do different
if you found something amazing. Perhaps something you are seeking by being
here in Parlainth. We all have our reasons, correct? Let us say that you
came across something you believe to be the item you sought, but were
prevented from reaching it because of some magical trap that you were not
keen to disarm? Would you not run to find some help in the excitement?

"I admit that I am perhaps in haste and could be in poor judgement because
of what I am most certain I have found. But do you really have much to
lose? You are in the company of nine others." He turns away from you and
walks, speaking as if expecting you to follow. "And besides, if you are so
worried about my being 'unwise' and such, then why don't you just return to
the dining room with the rest of the lot? I would gladly take one out of
the ten of you were they capable of helping me get to the elf and were
willing."
