kript.net ebooks

I read a lot of ebooks on my Visor Edge, some of which I create myself, some of which I buy.

I create a lot of ebooks myself from static web pages (although I also use the excellent Avant Go site for a lot of it), such as game fiction. For example, if you're into Shadowrun, then you should check out Magespace.
To create the ebooks, I use the excellent Bibelot perl script. For the Linux aware, I use the following script to create a set of palm ebooks for chapters of a web based novel;
wget -l1 -r --no-parent http://www.magespace.net/stories/dr/
for i in *.html ; do lynx -dump $i > ${i%.html}.txt ; done
for i in *.txt ; do /usr/local/bin/bibelot/bibelot.pl -b -t "${i%.txt}" $i ${i%.txt}.pdb ; done
pilot-xfer -i *.pdb

I also buy a lot of ebooks from fictionwise, a web site that sells out of print or hard to find books or stories. They've recently got into a lot of the secure ebooks, which I dont (and wont) use due to concerns of the future of Digital Rights Management (DRM), so I vote with my credit card and dont buy them!
Fictionwise sells lots of ebooks from my vaorite autors, as well as short stoies that were printed in magazines, etc, and are hard to find otherwise. Kript.net is pround to be an afiliate of thiers, and if you become a member by following the links below, or buy ebooks that I recommend, then i get money to spend on thier site! So take pity on a poor sysadmin with a wife and 2 cats to support, and buy lots of stuff though the links below!

Or, instead of searching you could buy one of the following recommendations (more on the way):
