As Pean stares directly at the ork for a small amount of time and Garrott steps up behind Pean, you see the ork pale significantly and drop the keys that were in his hand as if by a show of surrender.
He turns and runs into the throng inside the inn, flanked by his companions who seem puzzled at the sudden backflip.
The Inn soon returns to normal and the bard picks up where she left off as you look into the packed, smoky interior.
