OOC: and so on as they investigate the items. Pean checks them for
Astral signatures, and if they're free, or at least uncursed, he
handles them, then passes them over to Ayoe. That way, he reasons, if
the items are cursed, they will affect him first, and with his magical
training, he will have a better chance of resisting the effects.
