Ayoë is startled by the sudden movement all around her. Her face pales as
she sees the magic wielding elf obviously do something, probably casting a
spell at the troll.
When he asks, she answers: "I came looking for Rhys Fellblade - or perhaps
the man calling himself Maerath - as to the true story. Since the questors
found him not guilty, I would be very interested in hearing the full story.
I am a Troubadour - stories are my life. I intend no ill, just to hear the
truth as he knows it. I don't know why you should trust me, except for the
fact that I have no ill will towards anyone and is generally thought of as
a reliable person, but then, you don't know me, so you would not know
that..." She rambles and she knows it, but she has no better answers to
give.
"Most find me a useful person to know, though. I know a few things and
might be able to help you with whatever you are investigating. I am a fully
qualified researcher and I speak several languages, too", she says nervo
usly.
*** And this time to the list! I'm going to learn... ***
