Seeing the source of the noise, Garrott makes a quick assessment of what
he saw. The creatures that they faced were likely some kind of horror
construct and likely to be either dead or magical in nature and he quickly
decided that the original plan was a good one. He had not expected so many
people to move forward with him, he had expected one maybe two others to
come. It was a risk to assume that the creatures could not move faster than
he the slowest in this little band of warriors, however he also knew that
should the need arise that he would turn and fight. No it would be better
if they had at least one other card in their pocket, with Peans abilities
likely to stand them in good stead. They could throw themselves into the
ward or the Nethermancer could engage them in a astral tug of wills.
Garrott had heard a tale how Taragon another Elven Nethermancer had
struggled with the Spectral Dancer that had killed him and won. He
suspected though that any creature that engaged in a struggle of wills with
Pean would be quickly cut down by their own blades, thier attentions
diverted.
Maeraths hand gestures make sense to him, though he quickly holds up his
hand for quite. He sketches out motions of shouting and then running back
towards Pean and the warding circle, before lifting his hammer and making a
smashing motion. As the slowest in the party it was likely that he would be
attacked by the creature that was the fastest if he was not quick enough.
He was also sure that the others would turn with him to fight the creatures
should he be attacked. Waiting for any responses, he cups a hand to his
mouth and prepares to shout.
