With everyone talking about dreams Shalandra looks up. "I've not had any dreams. Could it be because I was injured?"
Shalandra tends to Shalamar as much as possible with help from others during the first few days.
During the second day Shalandra goes to find Farli.
"Farli, how are you and Suskin holding up? Shalamar and I are so restless. I am so ready to be out of here. I don't care if I'm hurt. I can't just lay around doing nothing. So I wanted to ask you how you chose to become a Beastmaster. I've been told that I should have been one. Your the first one that I have met and I wanted to sit and talk about the things that you do and love. How did you get Suskin? He is such an amazing critter. How old is he? Someday he will be huge."
