Shalandra's coughs catch his attention. He looks around the room and sees just how serious things are. As he picks up his sword, he winces in pain. He realizes that he too is suffering some deep wounds. He catches sight of Angavorn and sees how badly injured he is and then after realizing he quickly turns to Rose and catches sight of her wounds. "Rose, you should lay down, you are extremely wounded. You got up a little too quick after having been knocked unconscious. Pean, as soon as you're done with Garrott's healing kit you should come help me assist Rose and Angavorn. I'll be alright personally for a bit."
Maerath then turns to the troll and his comrades who are making introductions, "I know that we'd all like to find out who the heck our savior is here, but wouldn't it be better if instead you lead us somewhere safe where we can nurse our wounds and we can continue introductions there? I fear that we could all use some serious rest after what just happened. If we don't, and we run into something similar, it very well could be the end of all of us.
"Garrott, sir Troll, perhaps you two could carry Shalandra and Angavorn. Pean, you help Lenora walk and I'll take care of Rose. Let's find somewhere where we can actually rest."
With that Maerath begins to gather things up and wait for the Troll to lead the way.
When Garrott squeezes Shalandra's hand she opens her eyes again.
"Thank you for that. It means more to me then you might know. I would not have been able to fight the way I do without knowing that you were near. You bring out an inner strength in me." <cough cough> Shalandra closes her eyes to sleep.
