<OOC: Ladies and Gents, for one night only I have posted. Sorry I have not been about, but I have had some personal issues, which required some attention and my work has also been impacting severely. Thanks for your patience. Heath.>

The big man of stone had followed the group, watching the play between his own party and the villagers, almost sensing the small strands of fate that were beginning to weave between them. He felt it within his bones, the bones of the earth, even as his slitted nostrils flared to almos catch the scent of fates combining. Standing to the rear, he folds his massive arms across his rain barrel sized chest. When all the hubub had receded, he peered into the room, that housed the remains of the hapless Dwarf. His will, steeled from scenes of gore and death on the field of combat was disturbed even by this, the big man of stone was shocked by what he saw. The massive hand, with large blunt fingers, itched with the desire to heal, but also the need to defend the village against what was lurking within it. A taint suddenly spread across the threads that he felt weaving between all involved, even as it blanketed the town and his hand gripped the shaft of the midnight black mace, carved with small hawks, taking strength from the memory of the person who had gifted it to him.
Hearing the small voice of Farli, the big being walks into the room and gently takes the small Human in his arms.
"Come little one, he is within the hands of Garlen now." Looking at those about him he nods tot he villagers. "I know of steel and muscle, though this is beyond me, I will aid you as I can, you have my word." His words said, he leads the small Human from the room to wait in the sunshine outside.
