Shalandra describes the man.

He moved slowly, stretching its arms out so I could see he was unarmed. I saw a faint glow surrounding him, perhaps it was from a light crystal on the saddle. He was a male elf. His hair grey and his skin lined he appears ancient. His eyes were a milky white colour, his eyes sightlessly staring ahead, yet he made his way toward me easily. He was dressed in a fine red silk robe with gold and silver thread used extensively throughout. On each of his outstretched fingers I saw a gold ring and several necklaces drip lightly from his neck. As he closed further I even saw precious jewels in his hair in various places.
