Shalandra nods at Pean. Shaking her head and slowly coming out of her shocked daze.
"Yes Pean, I will handle the horseman"

She heads off down the path to meet up with the horseman.

When she gets to the bottom of the path and the figure is close enough to hear her she will tell them to halt.

{If the person stops Shalandra will ask who he/she is and why they are there.}
        {If they are for the 'prisoner' we just found I will ask them to wait right there because we are taking care of the situation.}
        {If they are hostile and say they are meeting the orks I will draw my sword and tell them that they have been taken care of properly like thieves should be and they should surrender or fight.}

{If they do not stop to talk Shalandra whistles for Shalamar to come and mounts her to pursue (if they run) or fight if it comes to that}

  <Pean> "Ok they've gone for now. Talk quickly friend - we dont know how
  long Kaleb can keep them fooled. Who are you, and what are you doing
  here? do you know these bandits?
  Shalandra, I know what this looks like, but remember that the sword is not
  the only way to solve a problem, and we need information more than we need
  to kill a few bandits. We're investigators, not militia. Not all of us anyway."
  He turns back to the captive, and taking his small knife, begins to saw
  through the bindings - leaving enough to look like they're still Ok, but
  giving the man a chance to escape if he needs to.
  "This will give you a chance if it comes to a fight. Shalandra - do
  you want to check out that horseman? If he's a bandit, I
  think you can handle him, and if not, we need to find out why he was
  coming this way, and perhaps head him off. You havent heard of this
  Derrock have you?"
